Downloading the Earth-Kind Speakers Request Form:

1. Click download under the file name.

2. A pop-up box will appear asking if you wish to open or save the file. Click “Save File” then OK.

3. Open the pdf and fill out the request form completely. Required fields are outlined in RED.

4. When you have finished filling out the form, click the “SUBMIT” button in the bottom left corner of the second page.

5. A dialogue box will appear asking if you wish to send via a desktop email (i.e. Outlook), or an internet email (Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, etc). Select your delivery method then click “OK.”

If you select “Desktop Email Application,” a new email message will automatically appear with the form attached to it and the Earth-Kind email address already written. If you have any other comments you wish to send you may type them in now. Click “SEND.”

If you select “Internet Email,” you will be prompted to save your form and send it manually. To continue, click “OK” and a window will appear to save your form. Save the form with a name other than what you will use as a template. Next, go to your internet email. Type in earthkind.speakers@bexarcountymastergardeners.org as your recipient. Attach your completed and saved form, then click “SEND.”
